"The whole service was great. The window replacement was a little slow because the installer had health problems. BUT, the installation was GREAT! It was about a week after the promised timeline. I contracted them to replace our siding because of a hail storm that damaged our aluminum siding. We opted to replace the siding with vinyl siding and it was a super installation. We also opted to replace our garage doors and openers. The contractors arrived at 5:30 pm and were finished at 7:30 pm. I was amazed. A great crew. All of the people involved were very professional. "Things went pretty well the work was done quickly and professionally. The technician was patient as I peppered him with questions since this is my first gas log fireplace. The only problem, and this was a complete accident, was that when taking out the sooty logs to clean them he dropped one on the rug outside my door. That would have not been a big deal had he told me about it, but not telling me allowed me to step in it and track it around a bit before noticing it. Luckily it was only spread to hard surfaces and was easy enough to clean up.
