"Our sales person Spencer was Amazing, he went out of his way to explain everything, The person who called to set up installation was rude and lied to us we were getting a 12 foot slider installed and we asked if we could have Champion installers install it he said they do not have their own installers they only have sub contractors so when I said I know who not to buy my windows through he said that's up to you so I called Spencer and he said that is not true they do have in house installers and he would get back to me..so Gabe and Tyler show up to install our door and I have to tell you those two boys did a Amazing job, The door was too small but they found a way and made sure we were happy with everything they did and when we get windows we will request them to install them and I suggest anyone reading this to also request Gabe and Tyler they are great at what they do."

I do believe that is KEY on any project, especially one of this size. I told Jamie at the beginning of the project that communication was VERY important to me. "I hired JLM Home Solutions to install all my interior doors and closets including frames/casings in my upstairs. Jason was a horrible person the entire time I hired him. He acted like a nice person just to get hired. I regret hiring him. Unfortunately I had signed a contract by the time I found out he was no good. Every time I brought up something that was not done right, he’d yell and raise his voice at me. He’s very rude and unprofessional with the worst customer service. He was rude on text, rude on phone and rude in person. Jared, I guess one of his employees was a great person, very polite and did an amazing job. He worked on the project in a professional manner. He didn’t come back though to finish the project because Jason sent another person instead, David, who did an awful job. Jason didn’t want to hear it that David’s work was not the greatest. I had to put a stop payment after I found out one of the closet doors wasn’t installed right and other things that were wrong. Jason got so upset that he had to come back to fix the problem after I told him I didn’t want David. Jason came to my house but failed to fix the problem still. Instead he made me feel threatened in my own house. He was all in my face yelling at me saying nothing was wrong with the closet. Even my little dog was scared. I had to call my daughter and son to come over because I was so terrified that he was maybe going to hurt me. I stayed on the phone all the time while he was there so someone could hear his abusive behavior. That day after Jason left, I had to get a second opinion on the closet. Another contractor couldn’t believe the way the closet was installed and for Jason to insist it was okay. He left the old frame on and didn’t want to here when I mentioned it. I’ll have this closet removed and a new one with new frame installed the right way. I had to insist Jason deduct some money for that closet from the balance owed to him. A couple of days later, I noticed my kitchen door they installed still had cracks on the inside frame close to the lock. I had mentioned that to him. I texted him to let him know with pictures showing the cracks. Now Jason won’t respond to my text, email or phone. I asked him to send one of his guys to fix the door. Not him because I don’t want him around me. I’ve tried everything to get to him. I know he’s ignoring me. I paid him so much money for this project. If I don’t hear from him I’ll have no choice but to file small claims. He cannot leave my door like that after I paid him so much money and thinks he can just get away with it. If there was an option of zero stars, that’s what I’d have given JLM."

"Well I really was trying to not do this but I really feel this has to be said. First off we were told the crew to put up our siding would only take two weeks and it ended up taking two months! The workers were playing their music REALLY loud everyday. They left half drank Pepsi or Coke bottles in the yard when they left for the night. They left nails everywhere and never cleaned them up. We ended up cleaning up most of them. Also one of the crew members smoked on our property constantly. They re-wired our electrical wrong from an outside outlet. How do we know? My husband looked at it and knew it wasn’t right and called Blackberry and threatened to call the builders association if something wasn’t done. They sided over both doorbell wires and only uncovered one so we could have at least one doorbell. Sliced one of our brand new screens on our brand new windows, never let us know . BlackBerry did bring out an electrician that told us our house could have burnt down due to the faulty wiring. We found numerous issues that was due to poor workmanship. They rewired the air conditioner wrong per the electrician. They broke the conduit on the electrical box to our pool pump. Pieces of siding that was too short , left holes in the siding by the pool pump. Didn’t nail trim around garage door on one side so it sticks out further than the other. Gutters leaked everywhere so they had to come back and fix that. Now our siding is buckling , which we kinda knew was gonna happen and informed BlackBerry while they were still putting the siding up but nothing was done. Now we have distasteful buckling of the siding that needs to be fixed. Doug has been helpful at times. There is so much more wrong I don’t know what else to say. I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t send my worst enemy to them . Oh and they did let us know they fired the crew that sided our house . Well good for other people but too bad for us and the sloppy workmanship we have to put up with . When you pay this much money you expect good results."
