They dug  a trench to the sump pump, removed the standing water that had not been allowed to drain properly in the most efficient way, and replaced the inadequate sump pump with one that will do the job correctly. They brought enough of a crew to complete the job in half a day which we also appreciated.  They also filled a few cracks in the foundation walls to prevent any future leaks. "Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote.
