They dug  a trench to the sump pump, removed the standing water that had not been allowed to drain properly in the most efficient way, and replaced the inadequate sump pump with one that will do the job correctly. After the water removal guys finished in came the project lead - Dave.  The office team re-worked projects and got us in early due to the continued leaking.  Added a temp cistern/and blast tube to outside in a matter of hours.  Returned on the planned date and finished the new drain system in 2.5 days.  Also installed the new, monster of dryness dehumidifier.

Recommended the contractor to cut out water damaged drywall and repaint.

Excellent work and cistern is running all the time as the water table defrosts.
