Had this guy 10 years ago doing yard and snow removal at my grand parents home. My grand father died and we had to put my grandmothers house up for sale. He quit showing up and doing his job, when I called and inquired about it he got an attitude and said yea you put a forsale sign up if the house goes up for sale or the owner moves out we won’t service it anymore. I told him sir that’s why we hired you to maintain the property she still owns the house and was paid in full for the season. After arguing with him and getting my grandmother who just lost a husband on the phone to see why he isn’t doing his job he finally agreeed to come do his services. Came one more time and did a crap job and never came back. I told him back then I would never let this go and would ruin his business. He told me good luck. I am happy to see his reviews are not good at all with the attitude hes always had. 10 years later if he were to advertise on Facebook or anything I will always follow with the truth

My lawn looked decent after Mike was done with it. However, I was told that Fridays would be my normal day. Mike would show up on Wednesday, Thursday or even the following Monday without a phone call or text to notify me of any schedule changes. When asked about this, Mike would become COMPLETELY unprofessional by becoming very defensive and rude. When asked for quotes for other side jobs, he would just come up with a price off the top of his head with no written explanation of the estimate. Again, when asked about this, he became quite rude. I would NOT recommend this service nor would I ever use this "company" in the future.

Not professional and poor communicator. Changes days without any communication. Can get resentful if things do not go his way.

Tree trimming went ok, performed quickly and cleaned up well. Lawn care was provided 3 weeks and was done in an average to below average manner, with the final week provided service to cut only the front lawn. The provider was also hired to redo our back deck, we signed a contract and we put 1/2 money down. It took Mike about 3 weeks to come out and begin work, and all that was done in that time was to tear down the back stairs. 2-3 more weeks go by, and nothing. We understood that he would be working mostly on weekends, but it got to be ridiculous. He then proceeded to become upset when we hired a company to redo our house and garage roof (for which he neither was licensed to perform work, nor provided a quote to us), and threw a fit. He yelled at my husband, saying that we would have issues with our roof, and that he was supposed to perform the work. A day later, he brought back some of the money that we put down (not all of it - took out some for lawn care, which wasn't agreed upon by both parties), and basically threw it at my husband, saying "we're done". The invoice was also returned that said they could no longer provide services, due to "family issues". He left us with a back porch boarded up with no stairs. We went with a reputable, reliable company for our deck and are very happy. Also, luckily, lawn mowing services are a dime a dozen, so he was very easily replaced by someone more professional and reliable. Buyer beware - this provider is rude, volatile, unprofessional, and unreliable. Buy services at your own risk.

We made an appointment for 11 A.M. THIS date for Mike Sanders from Snappy to come to our home and give us an estimate on laying about 250 square feet of sod and some foundation dirt such as topsoil to cover a spot where we had an above-ground pool removed. We also wanted edging around back trees done and work in the front, removing excess bushes and adding decorative lights. Mr. Sanders did not show up for our appointment. He did not even call to say he wouldn't be able to make it. When I called, he was rude. He lost out on what could have been $2,000 of service that wasn't hard to do. Don't waste your time with this company.

He did a great job. I was always pleased.

They were very polite and did a good job! They were also quick!

In trying to dog proof our backyard ( less dirt in our house) Mike gave us good ideas in what part of the yard to sod and where to install patio blocks. Rain did cause some delays but Mike kept us informed and finished the project as soon as the weather cooperated. Mike gave us a great price on this work but also our weekly grass cutting, which he has done for the last three years.
