The good thing is that I've held back a hefty amount of monies to finish paying off the project. I get there are delays based upon who does what type of specialty work. The carpenter is scheduled for next week Tuesday. We'll see."

Mark buillt a custom fireplace surround with mantel and wainscoting. He did it based off of a picture....it looks exactly like the picture..
