These guys are absolutely the BEST! They found a dangerous breakdown in my flue and promptly fixed it for a very reasonable price. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat!

Jeff installed our new furnace in less then a day. He previously came out on a weekend to get our old furnace running until he could replace it. He have used his services on all our appliances for over 25 years and have never been disappointed. He's always good for a bad joke too

This required 4 visits to assess the damage and replace three different burnt out parts each of which had to be ordered. They were careful and methodical.

It was a no heat during cold weather. I have an older furnace. It took some doing but they fixed it and I appreciate them. Having an older furnace sometimes takes skill and experience to repair. They did this for us. We have had a positive experience. We’ve had service from them prior to this and if we have further problems I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Jeff and the crew of I & M have been great on multiple occasions! We had repairs to our A/C, and he noticed our water heater needed replacing. He called the warranty company, worked out the details and got us our replacement water heater with the warranty still active on the new heater. When our home warranty company wasn’t responsive, he reached out repeatedly to get things situated. He’s been timely, efficient, and fair. Highly recommended and between the A/C, water heater, humidifier, and furnace, I’m not sure there’s much more to do..lol Thank you Jeff and I & M!

The part had to be ordered but when it came in, the technician came the next day to install. Took him 2hours and we were back up and running. We were surprised at the cost (more than we expected but at least we have heat. We would recommend this business.

I called on Sunday night and someone came out on Monday ! If I didn’t need parts ordered it would’ve been done that day !

The repair went well. The technician diagnosed the problem but didn't have the replacement part in his inventory. He returned with the correct replacement the following day and promptly returned the water heater to service. We are very happy with this company.

I & M Heating and A/C had the best quote out of the three we got. They gave a start date and a completion date. They keep their word and the was done on time and per their quote. They did an excellent job and even cleaned up the room. Very professional. I will recommend them to our friends.
