Overall: They sent a guy out the same day I called, which impressed me. The technician was friendly, punctual, and professional. I, however, am an engineer, and have spent a good deal of time investigating the performance of my system. I knew that I could shut registers to (slightly) increase my airflow, I was looking for a professional opinion on the performance of my HVAC and any solutions beyond the obvious. Since I didn't get anything beyond the obvious I felt like the service was a waste of my time and money. The only other thing he suggested was installing a booster fan, which was only mentioned after some prodding on the way out, but otherwise he didn't actually do anything for me for the $100 that I paid, which was irritating. Perhaps there was a miscommunication in what I had asked them to do? Price: Considering that they didn't really do anything, I gave them a C. Should have at least tuned up the furnace for that price. Quality: He didn't really investigate the HVAC system (i.e. are there hidden blockages, leaks, bad design?), which is what I wanted. His recommendations were things I had already thought of, so not really useful to me. Responsiveness/Punctuality/Professionalism Otherwise they were quick to get out, on time, friendly, and professional.
