The project was not planned very well. Since the patio is located on a slight slope the builder ran into problems which he could have anticipated before.

The project turned out better than we had hoped for. John and the crew were very patient and friendly. We had several contractors out to bid on the job. Some of them said it was to much for them to take on at the moment. One of them recommended we call Grand Terra, I'm glad we did. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a specific plan of what we thought we wanted and John listened and then made some very good suggestions. In addition to front yard landscaping he installed a concrete patio and walkway in the back yard. Very professional job.
