I have the rating at 3.5 now, will improve it by .5 for every week I don't see or hear any squirrels in the attic. On Customer service - I asked for a detailed quote, using the pictures he showed me that he claimed came from my attic. At first he was dismissive, then send another copy of the same bill with a few words added, and called that detailed. Still no pics. Value for the money - They charged OVER 3 times what I was quoted from Orkin. He's a really good salesman, convinced me they use infrared technology and all kinds of things, including indicating he could show me the infrared trails where pest had walked. I never saw that. He did have a LOT more pictures than the Orkin guy, despite only taking a half hour to inspect vs Orkin guy taking over 3 hours. And if the pics he showed me actually came from my attic, he found a lot the Orkin guy did not. After they left, I asked a follow-up question about exactly what gas was used, and that was completely ignored. They will come out in the Spring and next fall for followups, provided I call and setup the appt. That's included in the price. All of the above being said, IF I am actually squirrel free, it was totally worth it, and I'll be hiring them to get rid of a groundhog for me as well, and likely ALL of these ratings will be going up. Note: 1 week out, one peaceful week with nary a scritch scratch from the attic. Fingers crossed! Update 10/12/22: Three weeks later there is still squirrels in the attic which means they have access to food and water so they have neither been excluded or removed. Currently trying to work with vendor to get this resolve

"There was this terrible smell all over the house, so I went out in the morning and did a walk-around- spotted a hole about 6-8 inches in diameter with a stench wafting out of it. I called a local exterminator and they recommended Daley's Wildlife, so I called and left a message on their voicemail. Within an hour, Trevor Daley had returned my call and was telling me all sorts of information about this time of year and critter habits! So, I asked if he would come out and set traps for this Skunk and he came by a couple of hours later- the same day. I had a few other contractors at the house, and he kindly waited while I dealt with them (a window company and a drywall person). After about 15 minutes, Trevor explained the traps and the process, very clearly and politely- and he answered all of my questions about Skunks. The next morning, there was a huge Skunk in the trap and the smell was starting to fade from inside the house. I called Trevor and he came by a couple of hours later to take the skunk. So, long story short- Trevor from Daley's Wildlife got rid of my Skunk in 24hrs, was prompt, efficient, answered all of my questions enthusiastically, and he really knows what he's doing. He's an expert in trapping, and it shows in his work. He's the first person I'd recommend for any critter problems, and I'm glad to know him!

"For the last two months I have been hearing faint clicking or scratching sounds coming from an area near a ceiling light in the living room. I called and scheduled an inspection. I was told that the price for the inspection would be $185. Even though the noise had stopped a week or so before the scheduled inspection, I decided to go ahead with the inspection, thinking that whatever was making the noise would probably come back. Aaron arrived on time. He listened to a recording that I had made of the scratching sound, and he said he thought a rodent might have nested itself in the attic. He then walked around the exterior of the house, looking for areas where a rodent might enter. He also walked on the roof and looked up through the hatch of the attic. The inspection took around 15 minutes. He found one possible entry point on the side of the house and sealed it with material that matched the appearance of the surrounding siding. He asked if I wanted him to set traps near the attic hatch, but I declined since the noise had stopped and the hatch was 25 feet away from the source of the noise. The day after the inspection, the scratching sounds returned. I think I need to find someone who will go into the attic area in order to find the source of the noise.
