"Literally a truckload of dirt and old insulation was removed from a crawlspace under a town house. Openings in the foundation were sealed or covered, the floor was swept clean and the crawlspace walls sprayed with insulating foam. 2-day job in tough conditions and with limited city parking, professionally and efficiently executed, indeed resulting in a perfect crawlspace. Some reasons for choosing them to do the work included: their emphasis on the importance of good ventilation for maintaining the integrity of the roof over time, that their installers are certified by the shingle manufacturer, and that the roof system comes with an impressive 50 year warranty, which stays with the house if the owner changes. "From my initial meeting with Jake Evink for an estimate, I felt comfortable. He listened to my assessment of the problem as he did his own assessment. We discussed the addition of attic insulation and the installation of a roof mounted TV antennae with coaxial cable as well. I asked that his estimate be broken into parts so I could choose all or portions of work. I chose the vent, soffit vents, antennae installation, and accepted his suggestion of moving a bath vent to a soffit location. The work was accomplished in a professional as well as friendly manner and at a fair price. We are continuing a discussion about attic insulation removal, elevating an area of attic floor used for storage, and replacing all insulation. This company will work with you and I highly recommend them."
