Rangel's Waterproofing and Construction installed a basement tile system and a new basement egress window the week of October 9, 2017. Ozzie Rangel and his twin sons, Vincent and Gabriel, own and operate the business. Vincent is the manager, writing the estimates and contracts. Vincent and his dad Ozzie came to write my estimate. Both men were very respectful of me and honored all my questions. Ozzie promised he or one of his sons would lead my crew. Not only did Gave lead my crew, Ozzie worked at my house at least two days. Even though it took three trips to Menard's on Friday afternoon to get all supplies needed no corners were cut. Friday completion was the goal and the crew worked until 9 PM to reach the goal. Yes, the project was completed on time in spite of many glitches, but the best part of working with Rangel's was the courteousness and professionalism they displayed toward each other and me.
