"Scott called me about 5 minutes after I posted the job and was at my house 30 minutes later. He explained how the crack happened, how to fix it and all. He gave me a quote same day, and kept in contact. Day of repair he called before he arrived, on time. Very clean and friendly. Did a great repair that looks good and left no mess. "They installed a heavy duty sump with battery back-up, drainage around perimeter and center of basement and a dry well in back yard. They also patched cracks in floor. When they were done, they cleaned up everything, and the place was immaculate. I thoroughly recommend them!"

"We initially hired Bluebird to waterproof and encapsulate our crawlspace. They did a great job and so we hired them again to repair some joists. Once again, the work was great. We did encounter an unexpected problem with an old sump line, but after sending an email to Bluebird, they were willing to come right out and fix the problem. I even spoke with the owner, Troy, and the way he handled the problem made me feel like a valued customer.
