"He was originally known by a different name. He was not happy with the service that company was offering so he separated himself and became Doty Mechanical. All his service guys are good and I recommend him to all my clients. I know they would do the job right. They are not the cheapest.  They are the factory authorized Carrier dealers.  You can get more inexpensive work in town but this is the number one guy.  They carry excellent products. They are very prompt.  If anything would go wrong they are here right away. They are very good about annual servicing they call you on time and remind you before you forget about it.  They are clean and tidy. He is not over priced on anything.  They are little more expensive on Carrier products and those are not the cheapest things around.  But that is for purchases not for maintenance.  When they schedule their service man on emergency they call you within 20 minutes before coming and you know exactly what is happening and I can take care of my dog. I will continue to use this provider in the future."
