Williams is great. I strongly recommend them! I called them around 2pm because the heat was not working in our house. They came within a few hours to fix the unit. They fixed the unit with minimal cost and in a very timely manner. The technicians were very knowledgable and friendly. They answered several questions that I had about the HVAC unit. Rhonda at the main line was great -- she made sure that the technicians came out ASAP. Super friendly as well. Great service. Great company. Strongly recommend!

I have used this company twice now. I used them in May 2016 and thought I had gotten some pretty good service but now I truly question that "good" service because now my air conditioner is fried and I have a hard time believing that they couldn't see that coming. My real issue comes in when they came out this year July 2017. Last year before they came out I verified how much it would cost to have them tell me what the problem is, I was told it is a $69 diagnosis fee and nothing else would be charged, no other fees and nothing would be fixed without my knowing about it first. This I was okay with and that is exactly what happened. This year I did not verify how much it would all cost (my fault), I just figured it would be the same situation. But I was charged $110 this time and was told it is fried and cant be fixed, there is nothing he can do. He said that price was as low as it could go. So I thought, they just charge more now (again, my fault for not verifying). Then I get the receipt in the mail and it has the $69 charge and a $41 charge for fixing it. So I called today and told them that nothing was fixed and the way I was charged in the past so I would like to know what I just paid $41 for. I was then told that the $69 is a travel fee and the $41 was for 17 minutes of labor (he was not there for 17 minutes). So I would be very careful and always check how much they are going to charge you before they come out. I really did not appreciate this mans attitude either. He made it seem as though I was wasting his time and made a few insulting comments during the "labor" he was putting in.This was overall bad and then he wanted to schedule a time for them to come out and give me a quote on a new air conditioner. I will get quotes from many places and this won't be one of them. I feel that last year since I had a home warranty to help pay for the repairs they knew they would get something for fixing it so they didn't mind just charging me the $69. This year I feel like I was played and they were just looking for a way to get every last penny they could out of me. Last year I would have recommended them but after this most recent experience, I would not. They are inconsistent and have just lost an air conditioner and furnace sale. That is a lot of money.

The two workmen were conscientious, polite and did not leave a mess. They explained all details of the install on request.

Reasonably priced, great work, very satisfied.

Provided prompt service and repair.

Crew on time, finished way before original time furnished. Seem to have great knowledge.

Stated he had to return Monday to check out something else in exhaust. Returned Monday around 1:30 PM - with another guy - Here 40 minutes.

They are always a call away, ready to help promptly. They are a local company and treat their customers as friends and neighbors. I've gotten to know the technicians and the owner, they are all good people, invite to your bar-b-que kind of people. I will continue to use Williams as long as I own my properties, there is no better option for someone who wants to hire local without sacrificing quality and affordability.

He came when I called with no heat. Got going for night came back in morning and fixed it. He was very nice.

It helped my wife and I out tremendously!

My home had the stench of a dead animal and I could not locate the source. The only clue was the smell coming from my vents each time the furnace kicked on. The person that cleaned the ducts did a great job and my house smelled great afterwards. Brent then came and removed the dead cat and repaired the damage done by the cat. I was very happy with the service.

Quick and easy

Things went well. They were very knowledgeable.

Did not leave old parts and was not asked if i wanted them. Did not clean unit. Called company and they told me i would have to schedule a tune up to get unit cleaned. I believe for the amount of money they should have automarically cleaned the unit and have me option to keep parts. However, i do appreciate the same day service and punctuality.

i just bought a house and needed the fuel oil furnace tuned up. i called
and they were able to work with me on a day and time that fit my
schedule. the service tech showed up on time and was very professional.
he got to work right away and explained things to me as he tuned up the furnace. he answered all my questions and helped me understand things for future knowledge. the work was done very quickly and properly. we talked for a few minutes after the bill was paid and the job was done. very nice to do business with them and will call again for any future problems i have.
