In August 2025 I had one casement window and a patio sliding door replaced. The service guy was always late for the two days it took to install. The door was not trimmed around the door until I said that it was totally unacceptable. The guy then installed trim around the opening. Within a month the screen material was falling out of the frame. I called for service and the guy came back out to fix it, again very late for the appointment. In January 2025 the weather stripping at the bottom of the sliding door kept coming out. I tried to push the stripping back in and it broke off. In April 2025 both the new window and the door fogged up while the 23 year old windows left on the house did not. Two sales people came to my door in April out of the blue to sell me more windows. I showed them the door and the pieces of weather stripping. They said they would report it. I had an appointment on May 20, 2025 to have the weather stripping replaced. He didn't have the correct stripping. Need more

Team was professional and courteous - they explained everything clearly and up front, and even were flexible with our dogs and their needs. Work is great, no complaints!

The installers were very friendly, the work was great, and the quality of the windows themselves is fantastic. We had 4 windows replaced on our 1952 home (replaced originals).

We had a walk-in shower installed in our bathroom. The shower was installed in two days and Matt did an excellent job. We love our new shower from top home improvement. We would recommend them highly.
