"Before replacing the tub, he had to build up the walls so he could attach the new tub and walls of tub. He and his co worker both worked very hard and steady. Nice to talk to. Informative. Quality work. Both men. I liked the fact that Chad was going to stick to his first quote with us, even though neither of us knew about the need to build up the existing walls before his quote. He not only tore out existing tub, he took all waste materials with him. He is a patient man and works without complaint. Twice I had to go and exchange wrong parts I had bought, and he just kept working on other things until I returned. A few days later I heard from him with a follow up call. "Original person came. We verbally agreed on $800 for the project. He worked for three days and said he was finished. We wrote him a check for $800. Upon further review, the work was awful. We put a stop payment on the check. We asked Mr. Drywall to send someone else to fix the rest of the work. Two workers came on the 4th day and did a good job but needed to come to finish sanding. Now they are disputing the money. We offered to pay the first worker $350 for his work and $350 to the two workers who came on the 4th day. They are not happy with that."
