They were responsive and honest in their repair assessment. However, always ask for an estimate and shop around. In an emergency you sometimes forget as I did. I was charged nearly twice the online selling price for the tank even though the business purchased it wholesale. Labor was approximately $150 hr relative to the time they spent in a rural, Midwest area and the rate was not detailed on the invoice. It was also something I would have done myself had I known the final charge would be over $700.

On 1/15, I noticed small leak around around tank. Left message with Geiger requesting return to check leak and repair in morning. On 1/16, Geiger called in afternoon and stated they could return at 4pm. Service person arrived and reviewed situation and stated he would check original fittings leading to tank and repair leak. Woke up at 2am on 1/17 to hear pump running. Basement room by tank, had over 1" of water. Turned off pump and left message with Geiger and advised of current situation. Geiger came out in afternoon and completely replaced all fittings/tubing from tank to inside well line ($410 with parts/labor). This finally stopped flooding to basement.
