Jamie told me that I could easily opt for a simple repair of my boiler and save a load of money, but I decided to just replace it instead. His work was flawless, per usual. I can always count on him to be straight with me, and he’s saved me money on plumbing and heating in my home home for over 15 years, now.

Job was started and completed above expectations. I was very pleased with the work Gary completed.

I highly recommend Jamie Pierce. He is knowledgable, responsive, efficient, and does an excellent job. He is familiar with the Mason area and provides a fountain of helpful information. He also volunteered helpful information regarding my water softener and water heater. He will be my "go to" plumber from now on.

Jamie showed up when expected and the quality of his services was always very good. The reasons I won't use him again is his lack of professionalism and possible bad business ethics. Without my permission he took extra hoses, etc. provided by washing machine manufacturer (which I would have give Jamie if asked), he misrepresented the cost of the last faucet he installed and he was frequently rude in his interactions. Jamie sees slights and irritations where the usual person would see none.

I think the pricing was pretty reasonable. They were great. I called them, they called back. They came out the same day. He cleaned and fixed it. He told me how I could do it myself and recommended various things if I wanted to do it or not. They helped me to decide. I have a hot water heater and he said that with the type of boiler and stuff it is, I probably have at least another 10 years off it with maintenance as opposed to having to replace it which I thought I would have to do.

I was not home when the work was done.  I left a check in the amount Jamie quoted and asked him to leave a quote for fixing a broken bathroom sink plunger.  When I returned home, he had fixed the bathroom sink at no extra charge.  I love doing business with hometown businesses.

Members of our condo association collaborated to produce a list of preferred contractors and Pierce Plumbling was on it.  Getting the work scheduled was the hardest part of the process, related to our schedule and his.  He arrived  a little early and was kind enough to wait until we returned home.  He was very professional and completed the work efficiently and neatly, including something that we hadn't mentioned in scheduling the appointment.   Pricing was reasonable, and we will definitely call him again.

They did excellent work. 2 minor follow-up calls were requested and they came out quickly to resolve them without incident.

They just did the work well. They were up front and seemed to be honest and knew what they were doing. And my furnace works.

They were very considerate when they came to our house. They were very careful in the house and I've never had to wait more than 24 hours for him to come. He gets in and gets the job done and doesn't disrupt your life when he comes in.

Things went smoothly. Jamie Pierce handled all the work in a sure-handed, businesslike but friendly manner. He was true to his word and more than competent.

The plumber really saved us because this has been the worst spring. The whole idea of taking care of it was to install it where our sump pump was running like every three minutes. It used to kick on and kick off. There were storms that took off the electricity. This unit that the plumber installed and the sump pump managed to keep on working with no electricity. It just works on a water level so that when the water level reaches the same as the drain in the basement, then we kick on the sump pump. It was marvelous for us when all our friends and neighbors around us were using the generators. Moreover, Mason was without power for a few days. They really saved the day for us. The plumber has also done some other smaller jobs for us. I highly recommend him.
