"Services: Unclog drain, Repair toilet, Repair pipe. // Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness // Haines was recommended to me saying they were good at their job. I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

"Randal C. Was our electrical technician. He was phenomenal and delivered hands down the best customer service we've ever had with contract work in general. He was patient while multiple questions were asked and deliivered his answers in terms that were easy to understand. Service professor has a real rockstar on their hands with this guy. It took a couple days to get the entire service completed but it was done right and with quality service. Also, every interaction on the phone with dispatch and customer service was top notch! From scheduling to completion! We will definitely be using this company for futue work. We also purchased the MVP program. "Bath Planet did an amazing job. The initial consult was great and I was walked through all my options. They provided thorough responses to my questions and I scheduled the work. The contractors were on time and did an amazing job. My bathroom went from bleh to amazing in 6 hours. "We are pleased with our bath remodel that included a new tub, tub surround and wainscot walls. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."

They came out and looked at our basement, assessed the problem, gave us a quote, and helped with financing.  They go the job done as soon as their schedule would allow.  Their workers were great!
