I found Tom to be professional. He arrived on time and did what he said he would do over the phone. He saved me money over Home Depot’s install and was very easy to work with. Was clean about his and left no mess behind. If you need a honest plumber call Tom.

Tom came to the house to replace sump pump. Had everything he needed. Replaced pump in under 60 minutes. Friendly, Professional Service at a good price. Will use again.

Mr. Briggs arrived on time with the new heater. Checked the old to make sure it needed to be replaced. Finished in a couple of hours quick and neat. He is professional and competent some one you feel comfortable with being in your home. Happy to hire and recommend to my friends and family. Great experience.

Plumber did a fairly nice job with the installation however, accepted phone calls while onsite for other business, had a female enter the job site unannounced (without permision), did not produce an itemized bill after 3 requests, and overcharged on materials and labor...to the point of gouging. This plumbing company is dishonest. My recommendation is: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT!!!

came out when promised and returned after to check install. friendly and responsive .

Dec. 31 I called around to find someone to help us when water pump kept going on and off. One person would come, but would charge big extra for 'holiday' repair. I remebered that Tom had come a couple of years ago, very satisfied , but lost name. Finally found him and he came right out and installed new water heater and bladder.
Tom answers his phone and schedules as soon as possible.
He explains what is going on and what he will do.
He has a great crew, including a woman!
I have highly recommended him to others.
First time I had Tom come over to fix faucet problem, he quickly fixed it and said, I'm here, you've paid for an hour of my time, may I check your plumbing in general? He found that my dishwasher had not been properly installed and fixed the hoses and went around and checked bathroom plumbing as well. Very impressed!
