He called me quickly after my request even though it was Saturday. He was excellent, professional and honest. He told me what the last person did wrong. Also, he fixed a leak(not related to the water heater) for a little extra, and I mean a little extra. I will not hire anyone but him going forward. I know I am getting quality work for an honest price. They are my plumbers for life.
