Now today is June 21th 2025 And we have a power outage. and I have asthma very hot day out. So I call again and the lady tells me well we need to do a year check up. And they have to charge us for it. MORE Money for something that NEVER has worked!!! So sounds like I need to get lawyer involved!!!"

"Our sales person Spencer was Amazing, he went out of his way to explain everything, The person who called to set up installation was rude and lied to us we were getting a 12 foot slider installed and we asked if we could have Champion installers install it he said they do not have their own installers they only have sub contractors so when I said I know who not to buy my windows through he said that's up to you so I called Spencer and he said that is not true they do have in house installers and he would get back to me..so Gabe and Tyler show up to install our door and I have to tell you those two boys did a Amazing job, The door was too small but they found a way and made sure we were happy with everything they did and when we get windows we will request them to install them and I suggest anyone reading this to also request Gabe and Tyler they are great at what they do."

FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "Bartholomew did very poor work and greatly overcharged for installing a pellet stove, a very simple job. We waited a long time for them to come and do it, although the actual work took a very short time. They did not even plug in the stove or run it to see if it worked properly, and did not complete the required certificate as certified installer to prove the stove was installed to code and operating properly. We just failed the first inspection attempt, as inspector said that information was required to be onsite at time of inspection and Bartholomew knew (or should know) that. Reinspection fee now required, and another long delay to get completion. Bartholomew was very slapdash and unprofessional. I do not recommend them."
