"This company is top notch. They fixed my sagging floor and it now looks beautiful. My house was built n 1902 and can be a challenge at times to work on. They were professional and did the job in less time then they original thought. I am so very pleased with their work. I would hire them again in a minute for any foundation and floor leveling needs. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"K&M improvement did such an incredible job!! they gave me the kitchen and bathroom I’ve always wanted!! "Good. CHW connected us with MJ Services for an appointment. MJ Services technician came to the house on the morning of the appointment date, assessed, found and reported the broken equipment. He placed a temporary solution to keep the house warm during Christmas break while we waited for the parts to come in. In the afternoon, CHW sent me a note that the equipment was ordered and provided an estimated delivery date, and arranged a follow up appointment to replace the broken part."

"While I was pleased with the salesman from Stay Dry I WOULD NOT recommend this offer to anybody. Stay Dry will send an inspector/salesman to your house for free to do the same thing I paid a hundred dollars for, it was Angie's List that pocketed the money. I called the Stay Dry 800 number and was told they do not receive any money from the offer listed here, when I asked who was getting the money they said Angie's List. I was then told that after the inspection/salesman meeting I would receive a coupon for $200-300 off the actual drainage installation service from Angie's List should I choose to go ahead with the project, but I NEVER GOT A COUPON. So I paid a hundred dollars for a service that is offered free by the actual provider, while the site I look to to save me money on scams and bad contractors actually ripped me off!
