He placed a temporary solution to keep the house warm during Christmas break while we waited for the parts to come in. "When tearing out the concrete they hung plastic sheeting to contain the dust and put down heavy paper runners on the floors to protect them.  They did a very thorough job of cleaning up. It was all done in one day and the crew did not leave until it was all done. The work was substantially well done, but a little lacking in some details.  Specifically, the curb on a raised pad for the washer/dryer was sloppy and the level on some of the trench covering was not on level with the rest of the floor.  A work bench ended up with one leg off the floor when I put it back in place.  The pipe from the sump pump was not neatly installed.  Admitedly, this may be nitpicking. I was a little disappointed at the follow through from the salesman. He did spend the time necessary to inspect, evaluate and present the proposal. But, when I had questions regarding the work, he referred me to the office.  I was raised by a salesman and expected more continuity from this person."
