at first it was fine, good job, good estimate, personable guy that gave it. about 5 months later, the driveway started to sag. we called & left a message about what was happening. he would never return our call. the receptionist said he had received the message after about the 5th time we called. come to find out, his crew had removed a pipe that was hooked to the sump pump that ran under the driveway. now the sump pump water was washing the dirt away under the driveway & making it sag. we ended up having to take him to small claims court to get the money to fix his error. he said in court that his guys wouldn't do that, but the pipe was sitting right beside the driveway. when the judge asked him where that came from, he said we probably put it there. he's very friendly till he gets the job, then you never hear from him again.

The company did the job & we were very satisfied. When they left there was an old pipe laying beside the driveway. We didn't think anything of it until in the spring, when it started raining & the driveway started collapsing where the sump pump goes out. It goes under the driveway. We tried to call him. We left a message with his service & told them what the problem was. He never returned our calls. We sent him registered letters, so we know he got them but he wouldn't respond once he knew that we had a problem. We eventually had to take him to court & sue to get the money to replace the section of driveway & pay for someone to replace the pipe they had taken out. Took him to court in october of 08 after trying to reach him & he didn't respond. Won a judgement of $1500 to fix his mistakes & pay for new pipe. He lied right in court & said his guys didn't do it. Even though he wasn't there.
