The repairman showed up promptly and performed the maintenance service very professionally. It took about 20 minutes. Based on the gas log model that we had, we didn't need near as much replacement or refreshing material as was listed in the deal. I guess I was pretty satisfied with the service but felt that it was overpriced for the amount of time and maintenance needed.

He worked in a timely fashion, and was very aware of keeping all dirt , etc., onto a covered area so my carpet stayed cleaned. "I called late Saturday afternoon regarding a problem with my air conditioner. They came out within a couple of hours and determined what the problem was. Because it was not necessary to fix the problem immediately, we arranged for the service person to come back early Sunday morning. He arrived at exactly the time agreed upon. They gave me three options to remedy the problem. Made the repairs that I requested. They were very courteous and professional during both visits."

Sometimes we even go the extra mile to take care of people, especially in the winter months! We won't leave anybody cold. We have around 3-4 employees as we try to keep costs down for our customers. They are reliable and trustworthy and we enjoy having them around. We sub-contract only if needed. Our billing requires 50% down payment at the start of the job and the remaining balance is due at the time of completion. If the customer lives outside of our service area, we will charge for an estimate. But only if it is a long trip that would cost alot in fuel expenses.Otherwise Estimates are free.we rarely ever have to charge for an estimate. We are a great bunch of people and would love to have you as a customer. :)
