"A++ Clog-Busters!! We called in the early morning and they were out to our house within a couple of hours. We will definately recommend this company to friends and family! Chris V., the plumber, who was professional and knowledgeable, came to our house and within an hour he had diagnosed, and de-clogged the main drain, and re-set the toilet. The repairman showed up promptly and performed the maintenance service very professionally. It took about 20 minutes. Based on the gas log model that we had, we didn't need near as much replacement or refreshing material as was listed in the deal. I guess I was pretty satisfied with the service but felt that it was overpriced for the amount of time and maintenance needed.

"Ever since we purchased the house 2 years ago, the gas logs have not worked. We had 3 service calls, all to no effect, until we found Aspen. The two workers stuck with the problem until they figured it out. It required two different trips; they came when they said they would, were very polite, protected the area where they were working and cleaned up afterwards. In the process of their work, the grill on the front of the fireplace was slightly scratched (so they told us--we had not noticed) and they painted it before they left. We were completely satisfied with their work and would strongly recommend them."
