"Tom replaced the baseboard trim throughout our house. He did a nice job on the trim and it was obvious he takes pride in his work. My only complaint is that his services seem very expensive, If you break the job down by the hour he charged just under $60/hr. so you might want to think about getting multiple estimates."

I own a manufactured home (or as it is called now a mobile home). These homes usually have unique openings and require customized or special orders. John was extremely helpful and brought my vision of what I wanted into reality. He also provided some suggestions which proved to be extremely beneficial. He was quick and efficient with his work. John framed the space from floor to ceiling. John did framing, molding and trim, dry wall (in the space above the doors on both sides), sanded and painted. He appreciated our work space accommodations and appeared genuinely shocked at our generous tip, upon completion. If this service provider was needed again, we would ask for Larry. So yes, we would use this service again and encourage others, to give them strong consideration. Porch was the other Home Advisor led and they respond at 5 PM, nine hours after the project was completed. This positive feedback was supplied to Caroln, when she did a follow up call, the day after completion. A survey was supplied by the BBB and completed, later that same day. "I asked them to remodel a 150 year old farmhouse for me so I could stay in my home and able to live comfortably with everything on the main floor as I am 88. They have done a beautiful job. They are a pleasure & joy to have around. When theyâ re here. His young man is an amazing painter and carpenter. They have gone out of their way to make sure I was comfortable & not put out. Whenever they left the house was clean. I am going to hire them again and recommend them to my friends. I didnâ t know them before but now I consider them to be my friends"
