"1) This customer lied to us and to Home Advisor in an effort to get this work done for free. 2) Our quote was $600 for labor only and the customer asked us to purchase the materials in addition. 3) The customer signed our invoice agreeing to our terms before the job and also as satisfied after the job. 4) We agreed to come back at no charge to add a latch that was not part of the original project. 5) The customer stopped payment on her check after our second visit and will not return phone calls. 6) This customer told her fabricated story to Home Advisor on the phone and then Home Advisor posted it under her name. Interesting that Home Advisor is now in the business of writing reviews!"
