PRINCE Facility Services, offers complete building and ground maintenance and repair service. We have been servicing the lake shore, from Whitehall to Saugatuck, with lawn and landscape care, snow and ice removal, cottage caretaking, and irrigation services including start ups, winterization, repairs, and installation. In addition we are licensed builder in the State of Michigan and can handle any/all construction projects and also have extensive experience in handyman work including city and township rental inspections, pressure washing, painting, drywall repair, apartment turns and remodels.

5 star rating. The person that came out was very patient and took his time. Roots had wrapped around line and he slowly but surely fixed the repair. He was friendly and would not give up. Very pleased with his work. I will call Prince facility again for any future repairs

Once you are on their list they contact you in the fall to see if you would like shut down service. They are always spot on when they say they will be out. Refreshing as it's hard to even get a call back from services these days! Highly recommend! Have used them 3 years.

They have a sense of urgency in communicating with you during the bidding process and the price exceeded my expectations, very reasonable for lawn care. Additionally they provide Tree Planting, Fence and Lawn Repair services as a one-stop-shop.
