Two men came out to give estimate, will do the job for the same price, plus they added some needed things. Hired them. Both men were VERY nice (talked to them during installation of gas logs), took pictures of what they did on the roof, and explained everything. I would hire them in a minute!"

The repairman showed up promptly and performed the maintenance service very professionally. It took about 20 minutes. Based on the gas log model that we had, we didn't need near as much replacement or refreshing material as was listed in the deal. I guess I was pretty satisfied with the service but felt that it was overpriced for the amount of time and maintenance needed.

We are a family owned company and have been in business since 1980. We offer a variety of services for any client within our service area. Sometimes we even go the extra mile to take care of people, especially in the winter months! We won't leave anybody cold. We have around 3-4 employees as we try to keep costs down for our customers. They are reliable and trustworthy and we enjoy having them around. We sub-contract only if needed. Our billing requires 50% down payment at the start of the job and the remaining balance is due at the time of completion. If the customer lives outside of our service area, we will charge for an estimate. But only if it is a long trip that would cost alot in fuel expenses.Otherwise Estimates are free.we rarely ever have to charge for an estimate. We are a great bunch of people and would love to have you as a customer. :)

I sent them packing and called Plumbing Professors. On time and got the drain cleared at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others."
