"I reside in an apartment in Perrysburg, OH and my apartment complex contracts with Steamex and has been a client of theirs for quite some time. I have lived in the same apartment and have had a carpet cleaning once a year for the past 5 years. During each carpet cleaning, I have experienced wonderful service each time. "The people who came were hard workers. However, there was still some shadows (ghosting on the walls) they couldn't clean. I didn't like the steam cleaning because it took a few days to dry and was somewhat messy."
