Specifically, the clean look of the fiberglass and composite construction eliminates face screws, improves the glass to solid ratio, and vastly improves the insulation quality, while offering choices of color that is inherent to the material and not painted on. The contracting and engineering teams are polite, professional and knowledgeable. In our installation, we cooperated on the installation, permit, and building inspection and did so seamlessly. "We had our shower replaced by Mad City Bath & Windows. Initially we were shocked with the quoted price, but after careful consideration, we realized that this is the cost of the products and service we wanted. It is an investment in our home, and one that we will enjoy for years to come. We got to fully customize the shower (walk-in, w/ oversized glass doors, bench, shaving bar, shelves). Our sales person was excellent at providing assistance on what colors matched together. Mad City tore the old shower out, moved the plumbing to come out a different wall, moved the location of the exhaust fan, and replaced the fan/light fixture). The project took 2 full days to complete. After the installation was finished, all construction dust was vacuumed and cleaned up by the installation man. The final project was more then we ever dreamed of."

"Windows are good. Work was sloppy. Still finding shards of glass on the floor and the furniture a week after completion. Caulking looks like a third grader did it- including caulking the screen door to the frame. For this type of investment, they should act like professionals."
