The installation team, Jon, Ryan and Forest arrived on time (actually a little early), and the guys were all very polite and professional. The installation was exactly as I expected (great), and I don't have to wear a ski jacket (it's December in Michigan) when I go upstairs and will be comfortable to work on and finish (soon, I hope!). "thry fud a great job except for the fact that they filled the holes they drilled in my brick sloppily. i had to ask them to do it over and i may have them come back in the futute to do it again. they were accomodating but it seemed that they were in a hurry. they also smeared mortar on my brick. im am hoping it will eventually blend in."
