Excellent replacement window company to work with. The installation crew were some of the best tradesmen that I have worked with. Very professional and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving on the last day of the project. Would highly recommend WindowPro to anyone thinking about replacement windows. Our house is a historic structure and the interior trim was not "touched" damaged during the replacement window installation.

From the initial sales call to the finishing off the installation the process was timely and smooth. The salesmen was very upfront with the purchase to install time when others were not which is appreciated. The installation of the windows went without issue. The installation team was very personable and answered all questions we had. Now our house is quite and with out drafts on the windy side of the house.

While the crew was removing the original slider windows one of the new windows was blown over and left a couple of dents on interior window trim. Fortunately the window did not break. The screens to the slider windows were delivered at a later time but never installed. Following the owner's manual instructions the screens delivered cannot be installed. I have contacted WindowPRO regarding the screen issue but they have been slow in response.

WindowPro is a great company that definately takes pride in its work. We have a house full of windows, and wanted to replace them in phases. They worked with us throughout. We installed the Marvin Infinity Windows. Each grew that came out was very professional and efficient. They cleaned everything before they left. Since we were so pleased, we requested they replace our siding. They explained our options, and we went with the lifetime, ,highly rated Provia CedarMAX insulated siding. Now our exterior is essentially maintenence free. If they did other construction, I would definately use them again. If we ever move, and need replacement windows or siding, they will definately be our choice. My daughter and son-in-law just bought a house full of windows, too, and we recommended WindowPro. Again, they did not disappoint.

We had an appointment with Mike on July 25, 2018. He told us a price of $8000.00, we asked for a written quote. Mike indicated that it would be in our hands either that evening or the next day. On August 1, 2018, we are still waiting!! They missed out on a future opportunity to replace all of our windows and a wall of 8 french doors.

We decided not to go with them because they only do vinyl and we didn't want vinyl. It was somewhere between five and ten thousand. They didn't do any work for us. From what I know about them, I would give them a B overall.

They were great. We love them. Yes, they did a great, wonderful job. I do know that it was affordable, and we really like how they explain everything about windows. They gave us some advice on what colors to do and so on. It was very good and we were very happy. I would recommend them to anyone. It was great. All A grades for the whole thing.

This went very well at the time. Their lifetime warranty was a plus but I was skeptical they would honor it. They definitely do. My Livonia records were transferred to the Wixom Branch. When I managed to mistakenly jam a cam assembly and had to remove one window entirely, Kevin came out the next day before work to repair it. He also showed me how to fix it myself if it ever happens again. This was way beyond the call of duty.

WindowPro did a fabulous job. Inside and out our new door looks like it was always there. We also had them add a storm door and the quality of all the products is amazing! They were wonderful to work with from the planning stage with Duane to the installation team. We would recommend them to anyone!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Out of all of the contractors I have used, this has been the worst. The salesperson Paul was not only unhelpful once the deal was made, he was verbally abusive and failed to take responsibility when the wrong door and broken windows were delivered. Jake the owner was equally unhelpful. He ignored and tried to downplay my concerns. He offered a $100 refund on a $26,000 order of doors and windows and promised they would be fixed. The window that arrived broken was superficially repaired (not replaced) almost a month after it was supposed to be repaired, which greatly delayed our project. I also received the wrong door and it still had not been rectified two months later. Additionally, they sold me a window for a basement bedroom that did not meet egress requirements. I asked them several times if the window met requirements and they assured me it did. It was only after it was installed that I found out it didn't meet the requirements. Initially, the company refused to provide me with a window that did meet requirements without having physical documentation of the conversations between me and the sales person (some of which were over email but most were over the phone). Finally, I got them to replace the window but they refused to warranty it (despite the fact that I paid for the original window) and refused to install it. They had initially promised me to install it and assured me they could do so without disrupting siding, insulation, and drywall. Well, once they came out to look at the current window, they flat out refused to install it for me. Do not use this company. They are dishonest scam artists. Their customer service is non existent. Don't trust a word they say.

I absolutely love my new windows and I was completely thrilled with WindowPRO. As a single woman making a big purchase for my home, I was very concerned in the beginning about picking the right product, choosing the right company, and not being taken advantage of. I met with several companies and I'm confident I made the right choice by going with WindowPRO. The process was worry free from beginning to end. The Marvin Infinity windows are not only beautiful, but truly a high quality product. Their salesman was knowledgeable, did not use pressure tactics and worked to provide a fair price for my 18 windows. Their installation crew was top-notch; clean, courteous and quick! The foreman was fabulous. I did not purchase new doorwalls along with my windows because they are newer and did not require replacement, but he knew the old moulding would not match the new windows and suggested his crew replace them. I happily paid the VERY reasonable cost and I'm thrilled that everything matches and all the dark trim is finally gone. I would definitely recommend WindowPRO.
Yes, fiberglass windows will cost more, but if you're staying in your home and looking for the "right" solution instead of the "cheap" solution, Marvin Infinity replacements from WindowPRO are the way to go (And I didn't have to wait 3+ months for them to be ready like the ones from Majic).I love that there are no corner seams and that fiberglass can be painted if I decide to change the color of my house in 20 years.
I wasn't even aware of Marvin windows, but thank goodness a friend recommended I get a quote from WindowPRO. I also spoke with/received quotes from Renewal by Andersen, Wallside and Majic. WindowPRO was the winner hands down.

We put off replacing our sliding glass door as long as possible, Making the wrong choice would be an expensive, annoying mistake. If a window doesn't open properly, it's an annoyance. If a sliding glass door doesn't open properly, you potentially can't access your yard, and worst case have a safety issue.
In addition, our existing sliding glass door was an odd size, just over 8.5' wide. Because of these concerns, we ended up getting quotes from five different companies. Past experience with getting window quotes made me certain that this would be a painful process. Surprisingly, one one of the vendors used the old high pressure tactics.
Steve, from WindowPRO was the last quote we received. He was knowledgeable about the product, and came up with a solution that not only saved us money, ended up looking great. The sales process was easy, and we wrote the check for the deposit on the spot.
The next step was to have a project manager come out and take final measurements. Again this was easy to schedule. From that point, the window and door was ordered. A few weeks later they called to make the installation appointment. Once again, they were able to work with our schedule.
The installation went great. They called in advance, arrived on time, and did a great job. Everything looks great, they did a great job cleaning up, and did a great job of explaining the features and care of the new door.
We have six more windows to replace, and WindowPro will be our first call when we're ready to complete that project.
