Jeremy and Jon, did excellent work they were very respectful and polite I was stunned when I seen Jon with a shop vacuum going around the house cleaning up, Jeremy is very knowledgeable when I asked a question he took the time to explain what he was doing. When they left my house you could not tell anyone was here.

Riley, Ross, and Toni were professional, punctual, and clean. Would definitely recommend them

Today the crew came out and did a wonderful job. They were very professional treated my home with respect and I love the fact that they were very thorough explaining things to me. I would recommend this crew you can tell they really cared about what they were doing and wanted to do a good job for me. I give them five stars +1.

Did a great job and no drafts in the house

I had my walls insulated on 3/22/25. Cody and Riley were the installers. They were very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job cleaning up. My family and I cannot believe difference in keeping our place warm. We live in a condo and share a common wall with another condo. There is no fire wall between us and I had them insulate that wall also. It was amazing the difference in sound! It doesn’t make it 100% sound proof, but from all walls it cut down on sound greatly! I would highly recommend your company to everyone! Thank you!

Fast and efficient and cleaned up when finished. Showed us pic's as work progressed so we could see the space after old insulation removed, and after new foan insulation was installed showing even application and depth.

Good work at a fair price.

They left my home a wreck, and the material used was not as described by the sales rep. Performance effects are nearly unnoticeable. There is massive cleanup and wall repair work left to do. very expensive project. It feels like my home got vandalized, and I was misinformed about what the job would do for me. The job was not done thoroughly, which required another trip out to check on the wall fill levels weeks later and more holes in my walls for me to patch and refinish. The offer to fix the existing crude drywall patches was made 3.5 weeks later. I will be scraping their work off so I can actually finish it properly before that. My biggest regret of the dozens of projects I have done in my home so far There is so much to fix and so few promises and expectations set by the sales representative.

Back wall of house is not insulated. Job was done 12/21 and they have yet to return to finish the job. Very pricey Not worth the cost...

Estimator came on time listened to my wishes, quoted a price I could afford, financed it. Installers were late but called to inform. Did show up, got right to it. Had to install from inside. They kept it neat patched the open holes, cleaned up, and vacuumed. Long day but a good job. I would use them again. Happy customer

This has been the worse experience I have ever encountered. The work has not been done correctly, created water spots on our ceiling, ruined new carpet in the basement with burn spots from foam insulation application, and the attic is left with insulation piled up and job unfinished. They refuse to correct the issues and blame everything and everyone else. They have walked away from our job until we install a new soffit around our entire house for additional thousands of dollars. The work is very unprofessional and the management has not bothered to resolve the situation. Currently having to pursue legal options. They got their money and have ghosted us. I definitely would not recommend USA Insulation.
