We provide general home inspections, a top to bottom review of the systems of the house performed to ASHI standards of practice. Radon testing (NRSB certified radon measurement specialist). We use thermal imaging for every inspection. Other services we provide : Water sampling for bacteria , nitriites and nitrates. Sewer line scans. Septic inspections. We use Tap Inspect reporting software , a web based reporting system which is optimized for viewing on your phone, tablet or computer. This allows us to have most reports ready within 4 hours of the end of the inspection and all within 24 hrs. For ease of payment we accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App and credit cards.

"Lacks integrity, dishonest and untrustworthy Do yourself a favor and call another company. My experience with this company was very poor. Went through a difficult situation throughout a job. They turned their back, didn’t take ownership and deflected blame. I took this company to court and was compensated. I’ve heard from other dissatisfied customer’s this isn’t the first time nor the last … You reap what you sow. If you choose to do business with this company protect yourself, do not sign their hold harmless and do not trust their word. This company states it’s built on integrity, honesty and trust. Just because it’s a veteran owned company doesn’t mean they inherently have these traits. I’d argue if a veteran has to highlight that, they are the opposite of what they say."

Waiving a home inspection could be beneficial if you’re buying a home in a hot location where the seller has many other offers to consider, especially if other buyers are willing to waive the inspection. However, it’s not usually a good idea to waive an inspection, even on new construction. If it’s safe to get up on your roof or near your chimney cap with a ladder, you can perform a closer inspection to identify issues. Additionally, if you know your chimney cap is nearing the end of its life—usually five to ten years—or you’re seeing evidence of water damage or pest infestation in your chimney, it’s a good idea to replace the cap.

The foundation, roof, and the home’s major systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) will take the longest to inspect since problems with any of these areas can point to safety or structural issues. An attic inspection or basement inspection may also take extra time to complete so the inspector can look for signs of moisture damage, mold, or pest problems, all of which are common in these spaces.

As a home seller, you may want to conduct a pre-listing home inspection to help you finalize a fair asking price for your property. In most cases, though, the homebuyer pays for the inspection. This allows them to make an informed decision before proceeding with any purchase.
