I couldn't even tell you off the top of my head how many inspections I've had Dan do and they have all been excellent. He does water testing too and my results are always back to me very fast - when everyone else tells you a couple weeks. Dan also does the report while conducting the inspection and is able to hand me a copy at the end of the inspection with different details of things I should do. I highly recommend him

AMAZING! we are very greatful for him and couldnt be happier.. we heard horror stories about another local inspector. Dan was so thorough and went over every inch of our soon to be home. His building experience shown through the inspection along with his professionalism. Our daughter was present as well and he even had a sticker for her for being so good through the inspection. We appreciate detail and love to use a local person when available. Very pleased with our inspection, we have been bragging about him since this past saturday!
