Our Inspections are a Dual Team Inspection. Our home inspections are completed with 2/3 inspectors at each home. We are home inspectors. We do not sell houses… We inspect them! When you hire us, we work only for you. You hired us to inspect your home and that is what we are going to do. Our Dual Team's goal is to give you the most thorough inspection we can, explain in an easy-to-understand report with photos that give you a clear understanding of the state of your house. Whether you are buying a new house or selling your home and want to know about potential problems that could put the sale at risk, we are the team you want on the job. When we provide the report, you are one step closer to your new home destination. About us Our family owned and operated company comes with a great deal of experience, training and certifications. Combined we have over 21 years in water restoration, mold remediation, mold inspection, home inspection , odor removal and construction fields. We carry certifications from the IICRC, InterNACHI, NIDS, PMII and OSHA. We offer something that no other company in our area offers, Team Home Inspections. Most companies have just one inspector on sight, we have 2-3. We feel this provides the best inspection possible for our clients. When we are not inspecting houses, we can be found with family and friends in the Lansing area, or taking in the beautiful towns and waters of Michigan.
