Al, the owner, was outstanding! I was impressed with speaking to him upon scheduling his home inspection, upon arrival and duration of inspection through to his departure. He was very informative and thorough. I will most definitely recommend this company and if ever needed in the future, call them for help again.

Called about an ant problem, and made an appointment with Gary for the next day - was happy about his fast response. He quickly assessed the problem as "thief" ants and answered all my questions about treatment. He put out ant buttons and sprayed the exterior foundation of the house. He also gave me a written guarantee that if the ants came back within 60 days, he would return and do alternative treatments at no charge. Well, the ants were gone in two days, and fingers crossed they stay gone. He was knowledgeable and his price was comparable to one other estimate I got, and cheaper than another. BUT what was important to me was that he was the ONLY exterminator who was willing to go into the crawl space under the house IF NECESSARY to do the job. That speaks to his level of professionalism.

Excellent...I called Sat morning and left a msg. Gary returned my call in about two hours and came out Sat evening to remove the nest. His responsiveness was outstanding as well as his work quality. He understood I was desperate to have the nest removed as I have two small children that play downstairs, yet he never charged me extra for the rush or for coming out on Saturday...he was a true professional...

My call was answered promptly and Gary came out on the same day. Services were performed in a professional manner, and he provided useful information about the service he was providing as well as an offer to return if all the bees did not die by the following dy. I would hire this company again.

Unfortunately, we brought back bed bugs from our hotel stay in Traverse City. We saw the signs early on and called AAPEX to be sure they did not get worse.  AAPEX returned our call quickly and their representative arrived on time.  He inspected the area and agreed that chemicals should be enough to clear up the problem.

He sprayed the master bedroom and we opted to spray the rest of the house as a precaution (the chemicals also kills spiders).

He completed the task in a timely manner and left his number to call if we had any issues or questions.

The representative mentioned that there could be complications with our wicker headboard because of all the nooks and crannies. He was right; we saw at least two of those little buggers hiding out in the headboard. We ended up removing the wicker headboard and tossing it out in the trash.

Thankfully, there has been no indication of any further activity.

Overall the service was great.

They did a great job. I haven't seen them since. Pricing was excellent too and he was really nice.

Gary was prompt and responses in helping me figure out the issue. He came out a few times and seemed to have taken care of the problem. HE was very helpful, accommodating, I would recommend him to others  and of course use again myself.

It went very well.  Although I've yet to find any dead rodents in my basement or yard, I'm very confident that they are gone (dead).   I took out a year contract with Aapex for them to come out every month, since I have had mice in the past.  We also found squirrels in my attic and JD has since come back and set traps for them.  He said he would take any squirrels that we catch to another location and set them free.  I additionally contracted with JD to find and fix any spots in the attic where the squirrels were getting in.  That work hasn't been done yet.

Things went well with this company.
