I could have understood maybe $300, but according to Todd, who I called today, it's a “flat rate charge…and we have overhead…but we didn’t charge for the diagnostic”. He insisted the charge was fair and wouldn’t consider adjusting it. Now he understands that they just lost two customers, one a previously happy, longtime customer."
