Excellent! Their price was unbeatable yet they knew exactly what needed to be done and replaced all the associated parts for this 100k honda service which would have cost $1000 more at the dealer or twice the cost at other repair facilities. Job was done in a day and they gave us a free loaner. I was referred to them by a friend and understand why he had no issues referring these guys. These guys have integrity as I also went to them a while back for a specific job on a bmw and they told me that because they were not bmw-certified it would cost me more to use them and for them to get the specific parts and knowledge, referring me to another shop that was already prepared to work on a bmw. I'm so glad that we now have an honest and trustworthy mechanic that we can turn to for future car repair.

I have been a customer for over 10 years for 3 cars. 2 of these cars were 2002 and 2003 models that i recently traded in for a new car and a 2007 car. Fischer's has done thousands of dollars of work on my cars over the years and has consistently done a great job. In the early years of our relationship i got other bids on bigger jobs like transmission and consistently found Fischers to be less expensive. I have gotten estimates from the car dealership and found out through Fischer's that the work was not necessary or a much cheaper scope of work was appropriate. These people bend over backwards to cooperate and follow through with promises. They are generous with loaner cars. Recently, i took the 2007 I wanted to buy to them to check it out. They went out of their way to help me and did not charge a dime on top of lending me a loaner while the inspection was being done. For me dealing with Fischers eliminates much of the pain of owning older cars because i feel comfortable totaling trusting their competence and honesty.

I was expecting it to be a very huge bill but it was a very reasonable price. They are friendly and honest. They don't try to overcharge or doesn't try to find something wrong with my car so that they can have their expenses. There was times when they have offered me a loaner or have had one of their staff drives me home. I have been going to them for four years now and never been disappointed or upset with them. They have always offered me good service and they are very good. I would use them in the future and I have already referred them to other people over years.

When you go in, they talk to you right away, they get your car in, the check it and tell you how long it is going to be, they have demos that you can borrow while they do the repairs. If they do not have demos then they will drive you home. They are very courteous and provide great customer service.

Fishers is a very good mechanical place. They do our tune-ups and everything. They did fine with our brakes and I have yet to have a problem. It is just the one fellow and he is a very nice person. I have no complaints with them at all. I also feel they are reasonable, honest, and trustworthy.

My muffler had a big hole in it. It was as loud a tank. I drove in, they fixed it and I was out in about an hour. I was very happy and my car sounded great, meaning almost silent.

I'm always satisfied.
