"This was disappointing. We’ve been a customer since living in the area for 30+ years. So naturally I called them when there was a problem with my mother’s AC, as she now lives nearby. The repair cost was $495 for a ”Voltage Enhancement System Rejuvenation”. Something I’d never heard of and, according to a little research, doesn’t seem to exist. I could have understood maybe $300, but according to Todd, who I called today, it's a “flat rate charge…and we have overhead…but we didn’t charge for the diagnostic”. He insisted the charge was fair and wouldn’t consider adjusting it. Now he understands that they just lost two customers, one a previously happy, longtime customer."

"This company was very professional over the phone and in person. It was my pleasure to have a good experienced team come and do the work that was needed to fix my broken Furnance. Lonnie and Bill the gentlemen who came and serviced my Furnance were top notch. They had to replace a DSI ignition board which is usually a quick snap in replacement, but the replacement board that was sent to me was one that for it to work Bill had to rewire the system, change a broken sensor and I think he had to also do some other stuff. Long story short the guys said they were not going to leave my house until my furnace was fixed and I was satisfied. Yes, if needed again Elite is my first call."
