"Bill Beaty, the owner provided a very comprehensive presentation of the Roofing System that he was proposing for our job.  He offered three different grades of roofing shingles that gave me a  good set of product options.  I appreciated his technical professionalism with the product and his company's process.  It was a pretty big roof replacement project and Rapid brought out a sizeable crew that completely removed the old roof and installed the large majority of the new roof on the first day.  The crew completely cleaned up the area around the house before they left for the night.  A smaller crew returned on the second day and completed the job by mid afternoon and again completely cleaned up the perimeter of our house before leaving for the day.  Rapid was very flexible on the payment options including a one-year-same-as-cash option.  I found Bill Beaty to be very willing to make the extra effort to ensure that I was fully satisfied.  I was so impressed with the Rapid Home Improvement performance that I contracted with them again to replace a number of windows as a follow-up project.  He sub-contracted the work to an excellent Windows replacement team and again went out of his way to make sure that all issues were quickly and effectively addressed."
