After the information was emailed to Ken, he provided me with a detailed quote and included the business license and certificate of liability insurance for Building Decommission Services, LLC/BDS. The quote was the lowest out of 3 companies that I had contacted. The work crew arrived on time though the company name on the truck and their shirts was Global Green Service. When I asked the foreman about that, he said that they were all the same company. He was courteous and answered all my questions and they got right to work. When done, he asked me to look over the area and be sure that I was satisfied. They did a great job and a thorough clean up. The foreman also took photos of the completed job.

We had rafter damage that we didn't even know about and Bill found it during his assessment. They also helped us with our insurance company by taking good pictures and answering our adjusters questions.
