"I had another company come out that advised me that I needed to have a new furnace installed. When Affordable Heating, Cooling and Plumbing came out, they inspected the unit and were able to repair it. I really appreciated that they took the time to find out what was wrong and their honesty. I had told them what the other company suggested and they could have taken advantage of that but this company is very honest and upfront."

"It was really good. They were pretty quick with the installation. They made sure everything was working good. They did a pretty good job."

"There were several problems with the space pack AC unit AC Engineers installed in 2016. AC engineers really stands behind their work. Their technicians are excellent. It took several visits to restore my system but AC Engineers did the job right. I live in a 100 year old house and repairs to my boiler and AC and other systems are a fact of life. AC engineers is a pleasure to work with and I have no reservations to recommend them to a friend."

"He did a great job and pointed out an area of our drain stack that was improperly installed. We will definitely call him to fix the stack problem.

"John and Carlos are my go to boiler professionals. They understand my 111 year old house with the original boiler like no previous boiler company has. They are responsive and always find a way to address issues with this dinosaur. They worked with me patiently this morning (as they have in the past) to address an issue that was resolved to my every expectation."

"Installers were prompt, professional. They took care, using drop cloths inside to avoid tracking dirt.
The system did not work properly when initially installed, so the following Monday, a repair technician came and performed diagnosis and trouble shooting, in contact with manufacturer's rep. He was able to correct the problem and got the system operating.
In addition, to address my concerns that the condenser unit might have been damaged, they subsequently replaced that part of the system to ensure reliability.
I was very happy with their responsiveness to my concerns.
I will use this company again.

"It went pretty well. There was some tape residue left on our hardwood floors from the installers using blue painter's tape. We were reimbursed for the damages. However, I would recommend that they don't do this on future customers' floors, especially in an older home like ours."

"I called the company out to have my A/C replaced along with air handler. Gave me a pretty respectable price due to our current economy. Gave me options from top of the line equipment all the way down to more affordable options as well. Clean looking job very responsive and respectable well rounded guy, even maintenance my boiler took it apart cleaned my burners and and check water quality and safeties along with a combination check. Couldn’t be happier with the job and service! Thanks again!!!"

"So far so good; they are very knowledgeable. The guy who came over was for our service- because we had lost heat, was very honest, and showed us what the problem was. He was also knowledgeable about his product. When they came over on Monday, the installer was very knowledgeable; he took the time to talk to us for a good 30 minutes- he explained what would occur and I appreciate that because I like to know."
