"This company and the people who work there are totally awesome!!! If I had any questions, they were always right there. On the day/night my Furance went out , they came right out. My furnace was 23 years old. So I knew it had to be replaced soon. Since it was late they loaned use 3 space heaters. I can’t tell you how thankful I was. Now I have a new energy efficient heater and A/C. And I’m very very happy."

May need to replace our boiler in the future, but they added what I think will be years of life to our current boiler. If we ever replace our boiler, we will have them do the work.

I called a different company (Harriman) in the morning they gave me the wrong diagnostic; they wanted to make the easy money; they have told me it will cost close to $3000! I said do not do anything, and wanted to ask for a second opinion! Randy came over fixed the minor problem I had with the furnace for exactly 5% of the other company wanted to charge me!!!"

"I called John from Ajax to inspect my furnace as it had been "red
tagged-do not use" by another company and I wanted another opinion from a
local provider.  He was very knowledgeable and professional on the
phone, and came on time.  He thoroughly inspected the furnace, and used a
camera scan to look at the heat exchange that had been diagnosed as
cracked by another H&C company.  He spent close to an hour with me,
told me that there was no crack (hurrah) and also gave other pointers on
what could improve furnace performance.  He did not try to sell me anything and did not charge me for the visit.  He also suggested that if I doubted his diagnosis of  no problem,  that I could call Consumers Energy and have them come out to verify. 
Am planning on having him improve some poorly installed duct work,  and will not hesitate to call Ajax for my heating and cooling needs as I have two furnaces and two air conditioners.

"We were referred to D & T when our 30 year old heater and 20 year old air conditioner in the home we purchased last year started to have problems. Dan and his team were responsive from the first phone call, answering the phone and scheduling an appointment right away. Dan inspected our current system and duct work and made recommendations based on what we needed, not on what made him the most money. We really appreciated the honesty and professionalism. Although impressed by Dan, we did our research and discovered only favorable reviews. We compared the products and chose Napoleon, with a longer warranty. Dan was very patient as we asked our many questions on this brand and on future service. When it came time for the installation, Jamie & Mike were prompt and obviously knew what they were doing. They did a great job installing our system and were attentive to our needs. Everyone took time to explain and go over any questions that we had. A 10 out of 10 experience in our book."
