"These guys were great to deal with on every level from the quote to installation. I had a luxury vinyl plank product from Home Depot that the HD installers would not install because my floor had a 3/4 inch crown over 6 feet. Hardwood Headquarters installers put screws in the floor to minimize the unevenness. They did a great job, resulting in a beautiful Kitchen/Dining area, couldn't be happier. They knew the properties of the product and made it work for this situation."

"Ali and his partner did the best work I’ve ever seen on carpet installation. Very professional and done in a very reasonable time. Made the previous carpet look bad. "Not a good job!. Poor communication with condescending conversations, dumpster/old floor disposal not included in quote (unknown to me until after deposit was given), gaps/holes not filled, floor color not even, sealer not applied in same number of coats or not evenly, pushed fridge over uneven floor color to cover (wouldn't have known if I didn't move it closer to the wall), hall floor left with 3 color differences (told to let it age), pushed off coming back to fix issues 2 weeks at a time causing a 1 week project to take 2 months. I had to buy sealer to attempt fixing multi color hallway floor. Did the best I could but it's still not right (just not glaringly obvious). Stair nose cut on angle to let pantry door open - raw cut and not finished. Had to ask him to replace with stair edging. He said work left for me was work his contractors finished for him on other jobs. I'm not a contractor or DIY person causing high stress levels over 2 months. If you can finish the job, you're ok."

"After purchasing a new home in Dexter, MI, we hired Summit Construction to install a new hardwood floor in the master bedroom, and re-finish the floors in the rest of the first floor living area. Both jobs turned out fantastic and Jim was a pleasure to work with. He laid out options, made suggestions and the workmanship was flawless. Then "tragedy" struck, and part of the kitchen floor was ruined when the new water line to the refrigerator leaked. After advising us to wait several months for the sub-floor to dry out, Jim came out again and repaired the kitchen floor. You cannot see where the repaired area starts and stops - again, flawless workmanship. My highest recommendation goes to Summit Ridge Construction!"
