He said he gets very few complaints. Offereed no resolution. Hence, this post."

The Cleaning Specialists (Nick and Tim) arrived on time and were always polite, professional and friendly. The truck and equipment were first-rate. Before the job started, there was a thorough walk-through and before each phase they clearly explained what they were about to do. A final walk-through after the job showed everything completed to our satisfaction. We had a cheap contractor do the cleaning before, and they were nowhere near as good - you get what you pay for!"
